Our IDS Partner Application Process:

1. Fill out the application and provide the following documentation.
  • A copy of your state and federal tax-exempt 501(c)(3) letters.
  • A copy of your current state sales tax permit.
  • Credit Card Authorization Form (credit card will be charged as payment for the first 5 orders of $100.00 or more in order to establish a $500 credit line with us, and to be kept on file in the case that an invoice goes over 30 days past due).
  • A signed Terms of Accepting Product Donations form.
  • A copy of your most recent 990-tax form or annual report.

2. For quicker processing you may fax your completed application and required documentation to:

3. Once your application is received at IDS, it will take 2-3 business days to process.

4. Upon approval, your account manager will e-mail you a temporary user name and password. At this time you will be able to access the online catalog as well as change your user name and password or update your account information.

5. To notify you when items are added to our catalog, you will receive bi-monthly e-mails. If you have any questions about products or donated items, your personal account manager will always be ready to help you.
